Restaurants Care Resilience Fund provides $5,000 grants for independent restaurants. This grant can be utilized for kitchen equipment, technology upgrades, employee training/bonuses, and unforeseen hardship. Restaurants that received this grant last year are still eligible to reapply for this opportunity.

New City of San Diego Strategic Plan
Mayor Todd Gloria has launched an updated Strategic Plan and interactive dashboard to outline his plan to improve quality of life in San Diego with specific priority areas of focus, including supporting the regional economy, improving infrastructure, and implementing homelessness solutions. The dashboard is designed to improve transparency by allowing residents to follow along with the city’s progress in its concrete steps to improve life in San Diego. U.S. Small Business Administration
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) continues to help small business owners and entrepreneurs pursue the American dream. The SBA is the only cabinet-level federal agency fully dedicated to small business and provides counseling, capital, and contracting expertise as the nation’s only go-to resource and voice for small businesses.

SCORE is the nation's largest network of volunteer expert business mentors, and is dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow, and achieve their goals. SCORE provides a wide range of services including: mentoring, courses on demand, online resources (e-guides, blogs, videos), and a calendar of local events.

The Supplier ClearingHouse
Women, minority, LGBT, and disabled veteran-owned businesses are invited to join The Supplier Clearing House’s supplier diversity program. The Supplier Clearinghouse certifies these firms and publishes a directory for use by participating utility companies and the public. The program provides certified MBE, WBE, DVBE, and LGBTBE firms the opportunity to participate in a wide range of business opportunities.

At usa.gov, learn how your business can search and compete for contract opportunities with federal, state, and local governments, and U.S. territories. Also find out how your business can secure contracts and sell to the military and federal agencies.
